What size frame fits?
There are two different sizes, 7″ x 24″ and 7″ x 28″.
A 7″ x 24″ is used to fit up to 7 letters horizontal and up to 6 letters vertical. A 7″ x 28″ is used to fit more then 8 letters horizontal and more then 7 letters vertical.

What is the outside measurement of the frame?
As we have a couple different styles of frames the outside is not all the same, but will vary within a half an inch or so. But you should expect the frame measurement to be about:
24″ mat – outside frame size – 9″ x 26″
28″ mat – outside frame size – 9″ x 30″

What is the turn around and when should I expect to receive my mat/frame?
We strive to get our customers the fastest turnaround time possible, though in some cases it can take up to 3 business days to ship but we strive for next day shipping.
We ship with USP ground or UPS SurePost that delivers via USPS. To Canada we ship via USPS. Below is UPS’s Ground time in transit service map.

I see Local Pick Up available, where can I pick up my order at?
We are located in Lakewood, Colorado, near the Belmar area. After placing an order online we will send you an email and/or a text saying your order is ready and send you the address then. Please note, you will need to place the order online first before being able to pick up.

Is there a phone number that I can call to place my order instead of ordering on-line?
Unfortunately we don’t take creditcard orders over the phone at this time, as we have no way of processing cards apart from the website. Sorry.

We ship via UPS, USPS and will ship to the whole USA and Canada.

How do I order a custom mat with Hearts, stars, or ovals?
If you would like to put a heart, stars, or ovals in your custom mat please put the object name in parentheses ( ) or quotation marks “ ” … ie: WE (heart) YOU or WE “heart” YOU
When ordering a mat with hearts, stars, or ovals please keep in mind they take up more room than normal letters so we will count them as two letters. For example, if you are ordering a mat that says “WE (heart) YOU” this will count as 7 letters.

What size pictures work best in your mats?
Although the exact size varies from letter to letter, most of the letters on our mats are approximately 2 ½” wide and 3 ½” tall. We find that 4 x 6 photos can easily be trimmed to fit into our mats with great results.

Can words be matted in both horizontal and vertical formats?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that the vertical format takes more room. In some cases, a word that fits a 7 x 24 mat in the horizontal format will require a 7 x 28 mat in the vertical format.
For Horizontal mats a 24″ mat can hold 3 to 7 letter, and a 28″ mat can hold 8 to 10 letters.
For Vertical mats a 24″ mat can hold 3 to 6 letters, and a 28″ mat can hold 7 to 10 letters.
